We have developed a genuine working knowledge of residential real estate appraisal in this market area due to the professional training and employment in the industry that involved working on literally hundreds of appraisals as assistant appraisers before actual licensing.

We are well versed in the "data source" tools of the trade that include residential multiple listing services on-line, Metroscan data services as well as zoning, land use and flood zone issues.
